Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 22, 2026
Mint Indian Bistro ("we," "us," or "our") operates mintbistro.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share personal information when you use the Site — including enquiry forms, loyalty signup, analytics, and links to online ordering or reservations. It describes our website practices for guests and is not a substitute for formal legal advice.
By using the Site you also agree to our Terms of Use.
Data we collect
- Enquiry forms (catering, private events, contact, and similar): name, email, phone, event details, location preferences, and notes you submit.
- Loyalty or marketing signup: email, name, and marketing consent choices you provide.
- Analytics: page views and related events via Google Analytics 4 through Google Tag Manager when you consent to analytics cookies.
- Technical / security: limited technical data (such as IP-related signals used for abuse prevention on form posts) and information needed to operate the Site.
How we use data
- Respond to enquiries and coordinate catering or private events.
- Operate loyalty and marketing communications when you have opted in.
- Improve the Site and understand traffic with consented analytics.
- Protect the Site against spam, abuse, and fraud.
- Meet legal obligations where applicable.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the Site and related services, including:
- Online ordering and reservations via third-party platforms linked from the Site (including orders.mintbistro.com). Those providers process data under their own terms and privacy policies when you continue on their sites.
- Analytics and tag management (Google Tag Manager / Google Analytics 4) when you consent to non-essential analytics cookies.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as a business practice of this Site.
Nevada NRS 603A — opt-out of sale
We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada NRS 603A. To submit a verified request regarding sale opt-out or related Nevada privacy rights, email privacy@mintbistro.com with "Nevada Privacy Request" in the subject line.
California visitors (CCPA-style)
California residents may request to know, delete, or correct personal information we have collected about them through the Site, subject to applicable exceptions. We do not sell personal information. Contact privacy@mintbistro.com to make a request. Because Las Vegas tourism brings many California visitors, we honor these requests in good faith for Site-related data we control.
Cookies
Essential cookies needed for Site function (for example, storing your cookie preference) always run. Non-essential analytics or marketing cookies load only after you consent via our cookie banner, which uses Google Consent Mode v2. You can change or withdraw non-essential consent at any time using the "Cookie Preferences" link in the Site footer.
Marketing
Email and SMS marketing require explicit opt-in consistent with CAN-SPAM and TCPA requirements. Consent given on a catering or events enquiry is scoped to that enquiry unless you separately opt in to marketing. Every marketing message includes a way to unsubscribe, and we honor unsubscribe requests.
Retention
We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described above, to resolve disputes, or to meet legal, accounting, or operational requirements. Retention periods vary by data type (for example, completed event enquiries versus analytics logs).
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@mintbistro.com and we will take steps to delete it.
